In ryder cup on sunday by beating Sergio Garcia Anthony Kim provides America with their first
point. In starting the match wasn’t that much interesting as both the players where putting their
efforts to no more than two feet. Then young america Anthony Kim with four threes to move one up
with his excellent shots and blistering style as garcia was going down in the game wayward drive
makes him furthur down he also twice found the water at the par-five seventh he was three behind.

Four up became five at the 13th as Garcia made another bogey to leave Kim dormie and when the
American got up and down from off the green at 14 for a half the match was over.

Kim also won the 12th before setting up another birdie with an approach to five feet at the 13th
to forge five up. After draining a 10-foot par putt to seal victory on the 14th green, he pumped
his right fist in celebration.

GRINDING AWAY

“You can’t underestimate Sergio, he has a great Ryder Cup record and I just tried to keep grinding away,” Kim said in a greenside interview. “I was welcoming the challenge.

“I wanted to come out here and give the fans what they wanted to see. I got chills up my spine the whole day and I’m loving every minute of it. I wouldn’t trade this for $10 million.”
