Englishman Ian Poulter shrugged off a six-week break to hold a one-stroke lead at the Barclays Singapore Open. Poulter fired a five-under par 66 to cling on to the lead. He is followed closely by Ernie Els. Play was halted for about three hours due to the rain and lightning storms at the Sentosa Golf Club Course. Poulter last competed in the BMW championship some weeks back.
