Tiger Woods Heads to Australia

After a 6th place finish at the recently concluded HSBC Champions Golf Tourney, Tiger Woods flew directly to Australia. Woods will be paid AUS$ 3.3 million for appearance fees as the lead act for the Australian Masters at Kingston Heath beginning Thursday. This will be his fourth visit to Melbourne, having only played on three previous occasions. The last time he played was in the 1998 Presidents Cub at Royal Melbourne where his US team lost.
