On sunday Vijay singh wins the FedEx Cup and gets a reward of US 10 million prize.Although vijay singh didn’t finishes with the style but he still manages to win FedEx Cup.His best round of the week with an even-par 70 at East Lake.

He admitted it was the first tournament in a long time in which his main goal had been to finish, not to win.

Singh said: ‘It was really weird.

‘You make a bogey, you get congratulated. You make a double you get congratulated. It didn’t really matter what I made.

When I left to come here to play, I said I’m going to keep focus, but that’s as far as I got. All my peers and friends and family kept congratulating me.

‘But I’m glad this cup is over. I know it’s mine, so it’s a good feeling.’

Singh entered the PGA Tour in 1993, winning his first PGA Tour event, the Buick Classic in a playoff over Mark Wiebe. That victory led to his being named the 1993 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year. After being hampered with back and neck problems in 1994, he came back to win the Buick Classic again in 1995 as well as the Phoenix Open. After playing well in 1996 (but with no victories), he won both the Memorial Tournament and the Buick Open in 1997.

In the reward of winning FedEx Cup singh get a total of US 10 million prize in which he will get US 9 million cash and 1 million will go into his retirement account.
